At Hotel Cavallino Bianco Trentino golf is right at home.
As if skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, excursions, climbing, cross-country skiing and motorbike tours weren’t enough, a holiday at the Cavallino Bianco also provides you with golf!
Our hotel is found 20km from the Dolomiti Golf Club in Sarnonico, one of the most beautiful in the Trentino province. The 18-hole green spreads over 50 hectares and is held to be one of the most challenging golf courses in the whole of the Alps, as well as being one of the most beautiful – while you're lining up your holes you can admire the Brenta Dolomites and the Maddalene Mountains in the background.
The alternating pattern of the holes at the Dolomiti Golf Club transforms the game of golf into a special experience on this course, not to mention a challenge for golfers of all levels: holes 1 through 9 are found in a shaded pine forest, with the Brenta mountain massif acting as the backdrop.
The landscape changes slowly over the next nine greens, each of which faces a different town in the Valley: the 12th hole features a view over the town of Cavareno, while the 13th looks onto Sarnonico, the 14th on Fondo and the 16th frames the bell tower of the church in Seio, with the first few towns of the Alto Adige region visible in the background, all the way to the Gampen Pass.
