WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN?
You can check-in at from 12:00 until 22:00. and gain immediate access to the Bianca Oasi Wellness Centre. Your room will be available from 2.00 p.m. onwards. If you think that you'll arrive after 8.00 p.m., please let us know.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
We ask our Hotel Cavallino Bianco guests to check-out of their rooms by 10.00 a.m. There is the option of checking out in the afternoon, however this is subject to availability and entails an additional charge of 30 euros for the room and 40 euros for the suite.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING-CLOSING HOURS OF THE RESTAURANT?
Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m. and dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (this refers to the time that you enter the dining hall).
I HAVE FOOD INTOLERANCES. IS IT SUITABLE FOR ME TO COME ON HOLIDAY TO HOTEL CAVALLINO BIANCO?
Absolutely. Upon request, our chef will create special menus, making fresh pasta, bread, pastries and cakes every day. To be communicated before arrival at the hotel.
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR DURING MY STAY?
There are various free parking areas close to the hotel (near the fire station and the sports field). The small plaza outside the hotel is used for loading and unloading luggage.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR ACCESSING YOUR BEAUTY SPA?
The new area dedicated to spa treatments (massage, beauty) is located on floor S and is open daily from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Upon request it can also be opened in the morning between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. All treatments, including the salt cave, must be booked at hotel reception or directly at the beauty spa. We recommend that Cavallino Bianco guests book in advance by telephone or email.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR ACCESSING THE BIANCA OASI WELLNESS CENTRE?
The Bianca Oasi Wellness Centre at Hotel Cavallino Bianco is open at the following times:
Upon request, the pool or the entire wellness area can be reserved for the evening.
Upon your arrival you'll find bathrobes and sauna towels for the wellness centre in your room.
CAN CHILDREN USE THE WELLNESS CENTRE?
Children accompanied by an adult may enter the pool, respecting its rules and guest relaxation in the 9am-5pm time slot. Minors cannot enter the sauna area.
HOW CAN I GET TO THE CAVALLINO BIANCO ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
For those who decide to come to the Cavallino Bianco on public transport, we can provide transfer to and from Mostizzolo Railway Station (for arrival and departure), upon request. This is where the local train that connects Trento Station with the Non and Sole Valleys stop (departing approximately every hour). If you're without a car during your stay, you can take advantage of our minibus excursions and outings to explore the Non Valley.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Your four-legged friends are very welcome. They are allowed access to your room (with a special toilet area and animal bed provided for them) and the bar/hall/outdoor terrace common areas. However, they are not permitted in the wellness centre or restaurant. We advise that your pets be accustomed to staying in new places without their owners. Any additional charge for pets (€8.00 per day) is to be arranged with the hotel.
